Minimal intervention and extreme attention to detail have brought about a wine which is seriously approachable and delicious. A core of vibrant fruit and musk levelled with a lovely creamy savoury note, a hint of stalk brings a freshness on the finish. Fruit was sourced from the Ashmead family vinyard grown on lean soils of red and brown clay with mix of lighter sandy loam. Hand harvested, 18% whole bunch with co ferment of 11% Carignan. Enjoy now or will age over the coming 8-10 years.
