Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris 2022

Owning more than 65 ha of vineyard, the Cattin family is one of the largest family-owned Estates in Alsace. The plots, located either under the Grand Cru appellation, AOC Crémant d’Alsace or AOC Alsace, are spread over three places: in Voegtlinshoffen, around Steinbach and near Colmar.

Pinot Gris Joseph Cattin enjoys an extraordinary aromatic complexity. Spicy and smoky, it accompanies well dishes with pronounced flavors such as game, roasts, prawns and foie-gras. In Alsace, it is traditionally enjoyed with Baeckeoffe. Bright, light gold, fruity aromas such as apricots, a hint of honey and beeswax.
Balanced between spiciness and a light touch of fruitiness; fresh finish.
