Bremerton Walter's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Premium wines require premium grapes. Bremerton Wines has planted 290 acres at Langhorne Creek from which we select our best fruit each year with the balance being sold to other wineries. Best quality practices ensure best quality grapes.

The predominant varieties grown are Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, with plantings of Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Malbec and Petit Verdot.

The wine is supported by a fine, defining, elegant tannin structure and shows spice and complexity from the careful use of new French oak.  This wine is very secretive as it takes its time to reveal itself, a powerful wine that will not only evolve in the glass but will reward you with patience in the cellar.
